From time to time, the same public school bureaucrats who are normally occupied achieving previously unknown levels of semiliteracy and illiteracy among otherwise normal American children succumb to a compulsion to abandon their diligent pursuit of intellectual mediocrity in order to offer proposals for regulating homeschool parents. Think of it as “the revenge of the failures.”
